If this is an example of the NCFE 'FONZI' scheme, who did Mr. Eric Riesberg purchase this 'financed' hospital from?

Oh, did I mention, this hospital is on our Nation's Capital! Wsahington , D.C.

Greater Southeast Community Hospital has had its national accreditation revoked.
Although the decision was expected, it's another blow to the troubled hospital.
The Joint Commission revoked the accreditation after a survey team found that malfunctioning emergency power and fire protection systems endangered patient safety.
The move is not expected to hurt the hospital financially. Private insurers often refuse to pay for care in an unaccredited facility, but Greater Southeast has few patients with such private coverage.
Eric Rieseberg is president of Specialty Hospitals of America, which bought Greater Southeast a month ago. He says he does not expect reimbursement from Medicare or Medicaid to be at risk.
